Cryptocurrency investments firm NYDIG mentioned Monday it acquired Digital Property Information, a transfer that can pad the asset supervisor’s crypto analysis and analytics choices for its institutional base.
Digital Asset Information’s co-founders, brothers Mike and Ryan Alfred will be part of NYDIG, the businesses mentioned. Ryan will change into head of product and Mike will oversee mergers and acquisitions. The phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.
The acquisition follows a report 12 months development for NYDIG.
