Safety tokens platform TokenSoft has joined the U.S.-based crypto lobbying group Blockchain Affiliation (BA).
The San Francisco-based token issuance platform stated in an official announcement on April 27 that it will be coming into the D.C.-based group to “educate regulators and elected officers on the benefits of using blockchain expertise and the necessity for responsive, nationwide regulatory requirements.”
Saying that the agency could be taking a number one function within the BA, TokenSoft stated the transfer was aimed for steering on utilizing blockchain expertise below present laws, enhancing regulatory compliance on safety tokens requirements, and in the end reaching larger automation for blockchain infrastructure.
Kristin Smith, Government Director of The Blockchain Affiliation stated in an announcement that the addition of TokenSoft to the group would offer “necessary perspective in assist of a pro-business and pro-consumer regulatory answer [to securities law].”
TokenSoft Chief Authorized Officer Alex Levine may even be co-chairing the group’s Safety Token Working Group.
