The NY6 data center will be integrated into Cboe’s latency equalized Secaucus infrastructure which currently utilizes the NY4 and NY5 data centers.

NY6 will serve as a latency equalized point of presence (PoP) only for BYX Equities, BZX Equities, EDGA Equities, EDGX Equities, BZX Options, EDGX Options, and C2 Options Exchanges. Cboe Futures Exchange and Cboe Options Exchange (C1) connectivity will not be available from NY6 at this time.

Beginning March 1, 2024, customers will be able to order NY6 connectivity to the Certification/UAT environments using the “Physical Connection Request” tool in the Cboe Customer Web Portal. During the March 2024 connectivity test period, Cboe will not charge for connections, but no fee waiver will be offered by Equinix.

Customers will be able to test production connectivity to the available markets during a go-live production test on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
