• property investment January-November fell 9.8% y/y, prior (January – October) was -8.8%

This is the fastest drop in more than 20 years.

• Property sales by floor area dropped 23.3% in January-November y/y (prior -22.3%)
• New construction starts measured by floor area -38.9% y/y Jan-Nov (prior -37.8%)
