Qamishlo District Director follows up on currency exchange, pension payments -ANHA

To review the workflow and follow up on procedures for exchanging old currency, as well as the payment of retirees’ salaries, Qamishlo District Director Jihan Saeed Hussam conducted a field visit today to the city’s post office.

During the visit, Hussam reviewed the services provided to citizens and the difficulties they faced. She stressed the need to address problems and simplify procedures to ensure smooth operations and speed up the completion of transactions.

The district director also emphasized the importance of facilitating citizens’ transactions, welcoming them properly and providing services in the best possible manner to reduce waiting times and improve the quality of services offered by the post office.
