Beijing, July 08 (QNA) – China’s foreign exchange reserves stood at 3.4163 trillion US dollars at the end of last month, down by 26 billion US dollars, or 0.75 %, from the level at the end of May, official data showed Tuesday.

In June, the US dollar index rose, while prices of major global financial assets were mixed, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange noted.

A combination of factors, including exchange rate translation and changes in asset prices, led to a decline in China’s foreign exchange reserves last month, the administration added. (QNA)
