A foreign exchange dealer who was caught secretly working from South-East Asia while telling his boss he was working from home has won his unfair dismissal case but failed to garner any compensation.
Global currency company Xe sacked Charles Graham for serious misconduct after tracking his laptop to an Ibis Hotel in Singapore, which followed an earlier incident where Graham claimed he was working from home so a plumber could fix the toilet but was really in Bali.
