The long-awaited comedian guide movie that includes the delightfully psychotic Harley Quinn hits theaters this weekend and has charmed critics. “Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)” is licensed Contemporary with an 87% Rotten Tomatoes rating from greater than 124 opinions.
The optimistic response to the R-rated female-driven motion flick is a far cry from the dismal response critics needed to “Suicide Squad” (27%) and “Justice League” (40%), two earlier team-up movies in Warner Bros.’ DC Prolonged Universe.
As extra opinions are available, the ranking for “Birds of Prey” might change barely. It has been bouncing between 87% and 92% since Wednesday, when the overview embargo was lifted.
