The Houston Astros fired two workforce executives Monday after Main League Baseball Commissioner Robert Manfred mentioned the membership violated league guidelines through the use of know-how to steal indicators from competing groups through the 2017 playoffs and 2018 season.

The Astros, which gained the World Collection in 2017, can pay a $5 million advantageous and forfeit its first- and second-round draft alternatives for the following two seasons, Manfred mentioned in his nine-page determination.
