The UK PM describes taking British and Afghan folks out of Kabul because the “greatest humanitarian airlift in current historical past”

Boris Johnson was updating the Home of Commons on final month’s rescue efforts, days forward of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terror assaults within the US which led to western troops going into Afghanistan.

He stated: “We could be happy with our armed forces, and every part they’ve achieved, and for the legacy they depart behind.”
