Prime Minister Boris Johnson has praised the NHS workers who handled him for coronavirus in hospital.
In a video message posted on his Twitter account, Boris Johnson singled out and named two nurses who had stood by his bedside for 48 hours on the most important time.
He added the medical doctors and nurses had made selections that he can be “grateful for [for] the remainder of my life”.
Mr Johnson spent every week at St Thomas’ Hospital and can recuperate at Chequers earlier than returning to work.
