A Conservative MP has instructed the international secretary that the picture of British individuals sleeping tough on Caracas streets was “not one”.

Former Immigration Minister Caroline Nokes complained about closed UK embassies with “door shut to our travellers” and a scarcity of assist to get British individuals dwelling.
