Chancellor Sajid Javid has resigned as chancellor as Boris Johnson carries out a post-Brexit cupboard reshuffle.
Mr Javid – a former residence secretary – was appointed chancellor by Mr Johnson when he grew to become prime minister in July.
The BBC’s Political Editor Laura Kuenssberg stated Mr Javid was supplied to remain on as chancellor on situation he fired all of his advisers – he refused and turned down the job.
She stated Mr Javid had resisted makes an attempt to exert extra management over him.
