Journey bans between England and Wales can be “unconstitutional” and would put police in an “invidious place” says Jacob Rees-Mogg.
The Commons chief was requested by Conservative MP Alicia Kearns if it might be “unlawful” for the Welsh authorities to limit motion between England and Wales.
He blamed these “voting for socialists” and replied: “What would you count on of a tough left Labour authorities?”
