Housing Minister Chris Pincher has mentioned selections to approve a £1bn property scheme have been made “actually and pretty”, amid questions surrounding the timing of a donation to the Conservative occasion.

Mr Pincher was answering an Pressing Query within the Commons concerning a call made by the Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick, who has since accepted this was an illegal resolution.
