Lord Maginnis has been accused of verbally abusing safety employees at Westminster

An SNP MP has informed the Home of Commons she’s going to report Lord Maginnis to police for alleged homophobic feedback.

Hannah Bardell stated she’s going to make a police report after the peer was quoted as calling her “queer”.

She claimed he accused her of trying to “settle a rating” after she raised claims of abusive behaviour towards parliamentary staff.

Chief of the Commons Jacob Rees-Mogg, urged Lord Maginnis to apologise, calling the feedback as “disgraceful”.

Talking in regards to the incident at Parliament safety, Lord Maginnis stated he was stopped as a result of he was not displaying his move which was in his bag.

He stated he was “barely sensitive” as a result of there was no chair at safety and cited the actual fact he suffers from arthritis and has nerve harm in his ft.
