Provost cleans her windows during council meeting

The provost of Inverness has been seen on a council webcast cleaning her windows while tuned in to a committee meeting.

Glynis Campbell Sinclair was logged onto the meeting of the City of Inverness Area Committee from home, but after making a contribution was seen with a cleaning cloth and basin of water.

She could be seen cleaning before rushing to turn off her camera.

Mrs Campbell Sinclair said she had continued to listen to the debate, and had been trying to squeeze some cleaning into her busy schedule.
