The transport secretary has met emergency providers and companies when he visited the positioning of Wednesday’s rail crash in Aberdeenshire.
Grant Shapps has ordered “resilience checks” to see whether or not heavy rain has affected the rail community within the space, and known as for a report from Community Rail into the crash by 1 September.
He stated: “We completely have to make it possible for it doesn’t occur once more.”
