Dominic Raab hit out at “activist” civil servants in a BBC interview after resigning as deputy PM, after an investigation upheld some bullying allegations against him.

The lawyer-led inquiry found Mr Raab had acted in an “intimidating” and “insulting” manner with civil servants during his time as justice secretary. It also says he abused power while foreign secretary.
