Alphonso David, the president of the Human Rights Marketing campaign, the nation’s largest L.G.B.T.Q. advocacy group, was ousted by the group’s board on Monday night time after a report revealing that he had suggested former Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo on how one can deal with intercourse harassment allegations shook the group.

Mr. David’s removing is the newest fallout from the report by Letitia James, New York’s legal professional common, describing allegations of sexual harassment by Mr. Cuomo, and efforts by his aides to retaliate towards the previous governor’s accusers.
