AMSTERDAM, Oct 1 (Reuters) – KLM, the Dutch arm of Air France-KLM AIRF.PA, mentioned on Thursday it had submitted a plan to restructure operations to the Dutch state, a situation of the three.Four billion euros ($Four billion) package deal in help it’s receiving to keep away from chapter amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
