KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 4 (Reuters)AirAsia Group Bhd’s AIRA.KL Tony Fernandes on Tuesday denied a now-defunct Method 1 racing workforce previously co-owned by him had any hyperlinks to a bribery scandal involving the Malaysian airline’s solely aircraft provider, Airbus SE AIR.PA.

Fernandes, one of many aviation business’s best-known faces, on Monday stepped apart as chief government of Asia’s largest finances airline for at the least two months, as authorities examine allegations that Airbus paid a bribe of $50 million by sponsorship of the Caterham F1 workforce to win orders from AirAsia.
