BUENOS AIRES, Dec 16 (Reuters)The rise in grains export taxes introduced by Argentina over the weekend will weigh on exports as growers make investments much less to compensate for decrease income anticipated to be brought on by the brand new levies, farmers informed Reuters on Monday.
