Australia’s South32 annual revenue greater than doubles


Aug 19 (Reuters)Australian diversified miner South32 Ltd S32.AX on Thursday posted a 153% rise in its annual underlying revenue, boosted by increased realised costs for its key commodities as demand bounced again with economies reopening.

The world’s greatest producer of manganese stated underlying earnings for the 12 months ended June 30 got here in at $489 million, in contrast with $193 million a 12 months in the past, beating a Citi estimate of $471.6 million.
