BRASILIA, Dec 27 (Reuters) – Attire maker Alpargatas SA ALPA4.SA mentioned in a securities submitting on Friday that Brazilian entrepreneur Carlos Wizard Martins would train his proper to purchase full management over its unit that controls the Argentinian sportswear model Topper.
Martins purchased 21.8% of the Alpargatas S.A.I.C. unit (ASAIC) that controls Topper globally in 2018 and held the proper to purchase the remaining stake. The whole buy worth of ASAIC will probably be 260 million reais ($64.28 million), discounting 40 million paid beforehand, Alpargatas mentioned.
