SAO PAULO, June 25 (Reuters) – Brazilian meals processor BRF SA BRFS3.SA has acquired 100% of pet merchandise firm Mogiana Alimentos as a part of its drive to turn out to be a related participant within the sector, a securities submitting confirmed on Friday.
BRF, which didn’t disclose the worth of the deal, mentioned the acquisition would give it a roughly 10% share of Brazil’s pet meals market.
