SAO PAULO, Oct 21 (Reuters) – Brazilian meals processor BRF SA BRFS3.SA will cease manufacturing at a rooster plant within the south of the nation beginning Nov. 16 for modernization work, in line with an announcement despatched to Reuters on Wednesday.
