SAO PAULO, Dec 6 (Reuters) – A Brazilian chapter decide postponed the public sale of two soy crushing vegetation after U.S-based grain dealer Bunge BG.N alleged the vendor offered “scarce and incomplete” details about the property, based on courtroom filings seen by Reuters on Friday.
The sale of the 2 vegetation by privately owned Imcopa group was scheduled for Dec. four and is a part of the vendor’s plan to emerge from chapter. The public sale is now scheduled for Feb. 17.
