OTTAWA, Feb 21 (Reuters)An ongoing outbreak of coronavirus in China is impacting talks between Canada and China about Beijing’s resolution to dam Canadian canola seed shipments, Agriculture Minister Marie Claude Bibeau instructed reporters on Friday.

Bibeau stated the canola commerce dispute with China stays a high precedence for Ottawa. “On the similar time we perceive that they (Chinese language officers) usually are not ready to pursue technical discussions whereas they’re going through such an enormous problem over there with the virus,” she stated.
