Oct 23 (Reuters) – Canadian plane restore and overhaul providers supplier Refrain Aviation CHR.TO mentioned on Friday it had obtained a non-binding acquisition proposal from a 3rd social gathering.
Dartmouth-based Refrain, nevertheless, mentioned there could be no assurance that any transaction will happen.
Shares of Refrain, which has a market worth of about C$383 million ($292 million), rose almost 7% earlier than being halted.
