Carrefour revamps board of administrators after Arnault sells stake


PARIS, Sept 7 (Reuters)France’s grocery store group Carrefour CARR.PA mentioned on Tuesday that two representatives of Financiere Agache, Alexandre Arnault and Nicolas Bazire, have resigned as board members.

The resignations come after French luxurious items billionaire Bernard Arnault final week offered a 5.7% stake in Carrefour by way of Financiere Agache, his holding firm.

Carrefour additionally mentioned the corporate would appoint promoting group Publicis’ PUBP.PA chairman and chief govt officer Arthur Sadoun as a director and search ratification at its subsequent shareholders assembly.
