SYDNEY, Nov 12 (Reuters) – China has stopped the import of all timber from the Australian state of Victoria after customs officers mentioned they’d found pests, Australia mentioned.
Australia’s Agriculture Minister David Littleproud mentioned the Basic Administration of Customs in China had knowledgeable the agriculture division that “all export of logs from the state of Victoria are suspended as of 11 November”.
