BEIJING/SAO PAULO, Nov 3 (Reuters)China’s Greenland Group has agreed to increase the presence of Brazilian meat-packer Minerva BEEF3.SA in China by way of a three way partnership with registered capital of 500 million yuan ($74.83 million), in keeping with a press release from Greenland on Nov. 2.

Minerva, which can launch monetary ends in Brazil after the markets shut on Tuesday, declined to remark.

Greenland’s stated that beneath the settlement the corporate will make use of its worldwide commerce capabilities, channel distribution, retail chain, and chilly chain logistics.
