BEIJING, Nov 19 (Reuters)China’s State Energy Funding Corp (SPIC) has accomplished its buy of Mexico’s largest unbiased renewable energy firm Zuma Energia, SPIC stated on Thursday, furthering targets to extend its abroad and inexperienced technology capability.
