DUBAI, Jan 13 (Reuters) – Plane leasing agency Dubai Aviation Enterprise has raised $1.25 billion via the sale of 4 and 7 yr unsecured greenback bonds, in line with a doc seen by Reuters.
It offered $500 million in four-year bonds for two.625% and $750 million value of seven yr bonds had been offered at a coupon charge of three.375%, the doc confirmed.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit score Agricole, Emirates NBD Capital and Fifth Third Securities had been lively bookrunners for the deal, the doc mentioned.
