EXCLUSIVE-Bayer’s Monsanto, India’s NSL settle long-running mental property dispute

NEW DELHI, March 26 (Reuters)Bayer AG stated on Friday it had reached an “amicable settlement” in its Monsanto unit’s long-running mental property dispute with Indian seed maker Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd NUZI.NS (NSL).

In a press release to Reuters, the German firm stated it had resolved “excellent points and variations” over the dispute, giving no additional particulars. Two sources accustomed to the matter stated the businesses had reached a authorized settlement that may finish all ongoing litigation.
