MUMBAI/NEW DELHI, Feb 20 (Reuters) – India has issued import licences for 1.1 million tonnes of refined palmolein from Indonesia, authorities and commerce sources informed Reuters, a transfer that has stunned the business as solely final month New Delhi restricted imports of the commodity.
