WASHINGTON, Dec 11 (Reuters)Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) chief Steve Dickson confirmed Wednesday the company is not going to enable Boeing Co’s (BA.N> grounded 737 MAX, concerned in two deadly crashes in 5 months, to renew flying earlier than the top of 2019.

Dickson advised CNBC in an interview forward of his testimony earlier than the U.S. Home Transportation and Infrastructure Committee that there are almost a dozen milestones that should be accomplished earlier than the aircraft can return to service.
