VENICE, Jan 7 (Reuters) – Italy’s business ministry on Thursday gave its inexperienced gentle to the acquisition of high-street style model Stefanel by clothes retailer OVS OVS.MI, a union member stated.
The retailer was in unique talks to purchase Stefanel, which was beneath particular administration, for a complete of three.2 million euros.
OVS will purchase the model and 23 retailers out of a complete of 27, nevertheless it is not going to purchase Stefanel’s headquarters, Margherita Grigolato, from FILCAMS-CGIL union advised Reuters.
