KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 15 (Reuters)Malaysia Airways stated on Wednesday it has suspended taking supply of 25 Boeing BA.N 737 MAX jets, citing the aircraft’s delayed return to service because it was grounded final 12 months following two deadly crashes.

“In view of the manufacturing stoppage and the delayed return to service of the 737-MAX, Malaysia Airways has suspended the supply of its orders,” the struggling airline stated in an electronic mail.
