Dec 28 (Reuters) – Finland’s Metso Outotec MOCORP.HE mentioned on Monday it has agreed to promote its aluminium enterprise to REEL Worldwide for an undisclosed sum, with 120 workers attributable to be part of the French agency when the deal closes.
The aluminium enterprise consists of inexperienced anode vegetation, anode rodshops, and casthouses utilized in aluminium smelters in addition to associated gear and providers, it mentioned.
Metso Outotec mentioned in a separate assertion it had gained an order price 100 million euros ($122 million) for supply of know-how for a brand new zinc plant within the Chelyabinsk area of Russia.
