Norwegian Air says debt reconstruction plan accepted


OSLO, Could 18 (Reuters)Norwegian Air’s NORR.OL court-ordered debt reconstruction plan is now legally binding, and the airline expects to finish its monetary rescue as deliberate on Could 26, it mentioned on Tuesday.

No collectors have filed appeals towards the scheme, which was overseen by courts in Norway and Eire, and the plan is now last and binding, Norwegian mentioned in a press release.

So as to full the rescue on time, the provider should elevate new capital in an ongoing fundraising.
