Philippines believed to cross in 380,000 tonne wheat tender- commerce


HAMBURG, April 16 (Reuters)A gaggle of importers within the Philippines is believed to have rejected all affords and made no buy in a young for as much as 380,000 tonnes of milling wheat and animal feed wheat which closed on Friday, European merchants stated in preliminary assessments of the consequence.

Costs supplied have been apparently greater than anticipated. A brand new tender may very well be issued subsequent week if worldwide costs fall, one dealer stated.

Some 240,000 tonnes of milling wheat was sought and 140,000 tonnes of feed wheat. One other group of importers within the Philippines on Thursday rejected all affords and made no buy in a young for as much as 165,000 tonnes of animal feed wheat. GRA/TEND
