Oct 15 (Reuters)Aphria Inc APHA.TO on Thursday stated first-quarter web income rose 15.5% as demand for the Canadian pot agency’s merchandise surged throughout coronavirus-induced lockdowns.

Aphria, nevertheless, posted a web lack of C$5.1 million ($3.86 million), or 2 Canadian cents per share, within the three months ended Aug. 31, in contrast with a web revenue of C$16.four million or 7 Canadian cents per share, a 12 months earlier.
