Saudi Arabia bans imports from 11 Brazil poultry crops, Brazil says

SAO PAULO, Could 6 (Reuters) – Saudi Arabia has banned imports
from 11 poultry crops in Brazil, based on a joint assertion
from Brazil’s agriculture and international ministries on Thursday,
which famous that no justification for the transfer was offered.

The Brazilian authorities stated it has initiated talks with
Saudi Arabia relating to the bans.

“The Brazilian authorities was shocked and dismayed by
Saudi Arabia’s determination to droop 11 poultry exporting items,”
the assertion stated. “There was no prior contact from the Saudi
authorities, nor did they provide any motivation or justification
to help the suspensions.”

The Brazilian authorities stated it discovered of the suspensions
by means of the publication of a brand new listing of Brazilian crops
permitted to export to Saudi Arabia.

Brazil stated the brand new listing excluding the 11 crops was issued
on Thursday by the Saudi Meals and Drug Authority.
