SINGAPORE, June 10 (Reuters) – Singaporean fintech firm MatchMove Pay mentioned on Thursday it had obtained a $100 million funding from U.S. based mostly IT providers supplier Nityo Infotech Corp to help efforts to increase its presence to extra markets.
MatchMove can be valued at $600 million following the deal and Nityo, which operates in 38 international locations, will grow to be its largest shareholder, the joint assertion mentioned.
MatchMove helps firms embed digital monetary providers into their current platforms or apps. It has regulatory approval to function in six international locations together with India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Its different buyers embody Singapore-listed Singapura Finance SBDS.SI and Japan’s NTT Funding Companions.
