Jan 14 (Reuters) – Software program consultancy firm ThoughtWorks stated on Thursday it raised $720 million from traders together with GIC and Siemens AG SIEGn.DE at an enterprise worth of $4.6 billion.
ThoughtWorks, which helps companies digitize their operations, stated it will use the proceeds to purchase again fairness from its present traders to broaden its worldwide footprint.
Constancy Administration and Analysis LLC and Mubadala Funding Co additionally invested in ThoughtWorks, which counts Delta Air Strains Inc DAL.N as considered one of its purchasers.
Goldman Sachs & Co LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC have been the location brokers to ThoughtWorks for the transaction.
