Tunisia tenders for 100,000 tonnes gentle wheat, 100,000 tonnes barley -trade

HAMBURG, Aug 25 (Reuters)Tunisia’s state grains company has issued a global tender to buy 100,000 tonnes of soppy milling wheat and 100,000 tonnes of animal feed barley, European merchants mentioned on Wednesday.

The origin was non-compulsory. The deadline for submission of worth affords within the tender is Thursday, Aug. 26.

The wheat and barley are each looked for cargo between Sept. 20 and Oct. 25 relying on origin provided in 4 25,000 tonne consignments.

If provided from east Europe or the Black Sea area, the wheat cargo intervals for the 4 consignments are Oct. 1-10, Oct. 1-15, Oct. 10-20 and Oct. 15-25.

If provided from west Europe, cargo intervals for the wheat consignments are Sept. 25 to Oct 5., Oct. 1-10, Oct. 5-15 and Oct. 10-20.

In its final reported tender on Aug. 6, Tunisia purchased about 75,000 tonnes of soppy wheat on the lowest worth of $312.89 a tonne c&f.
