Jan 19 (Reuters)Tyson Meals Inc TSN.N agreed to settle price-fixing litigation with two extra teams of plaintiffs accusing it of illegally conspiring to inflate costs within the $65 billion rooster trade.

The settlements with so-called “end-user” customers and with greater than 30 business purchasers have been disclosed in filings on Tuesday in federal court docket in Chicago.

Eight days in the past, Tyson agreed to settle associated antitrust claims by purchasers who purchased chickens instantly from the Springdale, Arkansas-based firm.

Tyson has additionally confronted price-fixing claims by giant restaurant and grocery store operators akin to Chick-fil-A, Kroger Co KR.N and Walmart Inc WMT.N.
