WASHINGTON, Jan 31 (Reuters)U.S. District Decide Thomas Hogan on Friday permitted a deal to resolve the Justice Division’s probe into fees airplane Airbus SE AIR.PA violated anti-bribery legal guidelines and export controls.

“It was a pervasive and pernicious bribery scheme in varied divisions of Airbus SE that went on for numerous years,” Hogan mentioned in court docket.
